Wildfrog Art Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wildfrog Art, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your art - for any reason - then you can return it to us anytime within 14 days for a full refund.
Key Details and Conditions
- Do not return items to the address printed on the package. The most appropriate returns address for you will be provided by our support team.
- We have returns address locations in UK and USA. You will be required to return to our nearest location to you.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery (as shown on your order tracking) to request a return. We must then receive your returned items within 14 days of your return request, to be eligible for a refund.
- We don't accept returns after the period stated above. If you try to make a return outside of these times, we will have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Damaged items may be refused a refund, or the value of the refund may be reduced.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs and these cannot be refunded.
- Your name and order number must be included in the package or a refund may not be possible.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service with adequate insurance for high value returns.
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Exchanges, replacements or goodwill products
- Personalized, customized or bespoke orders
- Gift cards or digital items
To begin your return
To start a return, please contact us at support@wildfrogart.com with your name and order number. The returns address and full details will then be provided by our support team.
Receiving your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you within 3 business days to notify you of the status of your return. Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (sometimes longer, depending on your bank).
If you still haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please first contact your bank/card provider as refunds can take time to post. After this, contact us at support@wildfrogart.com and we’ll investigate.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged/incorrect items are eligible for replacements only, not direct refunds.
Please note the same 14 day window applies to these cases.
Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a standard return. If you’d like a different size or design, you'll need to first return the original and place a new order - the same 14‑day return window applies.
Cancellations
Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. After 2 hours, your order is already in production and due to our automated systems it cannot be canceled. You may still return your order once it has arrived according to our standard returns process.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
