Shipping:

All our artworks are handmade to order and shipped from our closest studio location to you in either UK, USA, Canada, EU or Australia. This helps reduce delivery times and the likelihood of customs fees.

We work with trusted carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx. Delivery times are shown at checkout as estimates and not guarantees.

Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production, as every piece is handmade to order by our skilled artisans.

Returns:

At Wildfrog Art, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your art then you can return it to us anytime within 14 days for a full refund.

If you would like to return your order, please first check our Returns Policy and then contact our support team who will be happy to help: support@wildfrogart.com.

Please note that this does not apply to custom or personalized orders. All custom orders are final sales meaning that we cannot accept returns/refunds for those orders.
